Twonky 7 - How to run multiple containers?

I upgraded my MBL to Twonky 7 a while back and have been using it to serve up MP3s of my CD collection to my Roberts WM201 internet radio. Just bought a little Denon DRA-N5 media centre and have decided to rerip all my CDs to FLAC to improve the sound quality. However I've found that the Roberts isn't powerful enough to decode FLAC and ends up buffering a lot. It works perfectly with MP3s though.

I've done some reading on this forum and the Twonky forum (I can;t post links, but for the TwonkyServer section on the Twonkyforum and look for a post called "Navtree 7 (How to show folders at the root solved and more)") and I think that a possible solution is to organise my music as follows;

\Music\FLAC - All of my CDs encoded as FLAC
\Music\FLACMP3 - The same CDs as 320bps MP3
\Music\MP3 - Anything else I have, podcasts, lower quality MP3 I don't have CDs for etc.

Then I would want to run Twonky with two collections or possibly 2 custom views;

FLACMusic - Contains \Music\FLAC and \Music\MP3
MP3Music - Contains \Music\FlacMP3 and \Music\MP3

or run two Twonky servers, one for the Roberts, one for the Denon.

Not looking for an in depth solution here, I'm an IT consultant by profession, (and I've worked in product development in the past), so I'm very comfortable with hacking around with XML, JSON etc. Just looking for advice on which direction to go. Has anyone been able to get multiple servers running on an MBL, anyone running custom views like this, that kind of thing.

Thanks in advance.
